Maker of the month / Colour Pop Kate

We are so excited to be bringing back ‘Maker of the month’ after quite a long break due to the pandemic.

Our Maker of the month for April is a local, self-taught, mixed media artist living by the Bristol Channel called Kate, her passion is colour and she adds a pop of it to everything she does.

Kate’s inspiration is design, colour contrast and patterns and she is always learning new techniques to enhance her art.

Kate loves to hand paint functional items that you can see in your home every day. This hand painted process makes each item unique.
