Maker of the month Mark Cranfield of Blue Artemis Designs.

Local Artist/Designer Mark Cranfield is our wonderful maker this month. After working in a variety of disciplines including bespoke furniture, interior design & exhibitions Mark has become interested in surface pattern & it’s application on fine bone china.

Mixing historical pattern with newly created artwork which is merged in a creative assemblage of deconstructed forms & colours - the results are often dynamic , sometimes unexpected but never mainstream, traditional or ordinary.
